What is the Groovd activity pack?
The Free gift: Groovd activity pack comes free with the Children's Magic Copybooks 4-book set. It is a digital product - a printable PDF of colouring and activity pages - not a physical item. Nothing is shipped for it, so it won't be in the parcel.
Why customers love it
- Ready straight away: the download link arrives in the order confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, so children can start on their activity pages before the parcel arrives.
- Print any time: the link doesn't expire, so the pages can be printed whenever you like, at home or at a local print shop.
- Reusable: print as many copies as you need, for as many children as you like, as often as you like. When the pages are used up, just print a fresh set.

Why is there only 1 activity pack in my basket?
The activity pack is one per order, no matter how many book sets are in the basket. Physical free gifts (Magic pen + 6 refills, Pen grip trainer) are added per book set, so those quantities go up with the number of sets. The activity pack stays at 1.
How do I get it?
The download link is in the order confirmation email, sent as soon as the order is placed. Check the inbox of the email address used at checkout, including the spam, junk or promotions folders. The link doesn't expire.
Other digital gifts
Any item whose SKU contains PDF (for example Free gift: Pen hold course, SKU GROOVD-PENHOLD-PDF) is a digital product too. It is handled the same way as the activity pack: it is not shipped, and its download link is in the order confirmation email.
Note for the AI agent
- Never say the activity pack (or any other PDF item) will be shipped or arrive in the parcel, and never offer a reshipment, refund or store credit for it.
- If a customer says it's missing from their parcel, explain kindly that it's a printable PDF, mention one or two of the benefits above, and point them to the order confirmation email sent when they placed the order (including spam/junk folders).
- If they can't find the email or the link doesn't work, tell them the team will send the link again, and hand over.
- If they ask why only 1 is in their basket, explain it's one printable PDF per order that they can print as often as they like. Do not hand this over and do not offer to add more.
- If they say they don't have a printer, explain that the link doesn't expire, so they can print the pages at a local print shop or whenever they have access to a printer.
