Groovd Subscription Policy
By selecting the "Claim Free Gift" option or participating in our promotional offer at The Groovd, you expressly agree to the following Subscription Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your ongoing relationship with our service.
1. The Offer: Free Gift With Subscription
When you place an order and choose to claim a "Free Gift," you are enrolling in the Groovd Learning Club — our monthly subscription plan. The free gift is provided as a welcome benefit of your membership.
By clicking "Claim My Free Gift," you acknowledge that you are opting into a recurring monthly membership and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
The free gift ships together with your original order at no additional shipping cost.
2. Billing and Enrollment
- Upon completing your order and claiming your free gift, your first monthly membership fee of $29.99 is charged immediately to the payment method provided. This charge is clearly disclosed at the time you claim your gift on the checkout page.
- Your payment method will then be automatically billed $29.99 every 30 days from your enrollment date until you cancel.
- By clicking the confirmation button, you authorize The Groovd to charge your selected payment method for the initial $29.99 fee and all subsequent monthly renewals.
3. Order Processing Window
All new subscription orders have a 48-hour processing window from the time the order is placed. During this window, your order has not yet been fulfilled and you are welcome to contact us to modify or cancel it.
- If you reach out within 48 hours of placing your order, we can make changes to or cancel your pending order before it is processed.
- After 48 hours, orders that have already been processed and fulfilled cannot be cancelled or modified for that billing cycle.
- This window does not affect your ability to cancel the subscription itself — you may cancel future charges at any time (see Section 6).
4. Recurring Charges & Automatic Order Processing
From your second billing cycle onwards, your subscription orders are processed automatically and immediately upon payment collection. This is because:
- A previous subscription order has already been fulfilled under your membership, and
- No cancellation or modification request was received prior to the billing date.
If you wish to cancel or make changes before a recurring charge is collected, please contact us at support@thegroovd.com ahead of your next scheduled billing date. Once a recurring payment has been collected and the order processed, it follows the same fulfilment and refund terms as any processed order (see Section 7).

5. Membership Management & Access
Immediately following your successful enrollment, you will receive an automated email with your Member Portal login credentials at the email address provided during checkout.
Through the Member Portal, you can:
- View your membership benefits and billing history
- Update your account details
- Pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription
Please check your spam or junk folder if you did not receive your login credentials email. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time — there are no long-term commitments and no cancellation fees.
To cancel, you have two options:
- Self-serve: Log into your Member Portal using the credentials sent to you after enrollment.
- Contact us: Email support@thegroovd.com or use our Contact Form.
Upon cancellation:
- You will not be charged again.
- Your membership benefits remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Any order that has already been processed and fulfilled within the current billing cycle will not be reversed, but no future charges will occur.
7. Refund Policy
- Processed subscription orders: Once an order for a given billing cycle has been fulfilled, that charge is generally non-refundable.
- Unprocessed orders: If you cancel within the 48-hour processing window before your order is fulfilled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Billing errors or unintended enrollment: If you believe you were charged in error or did not intend to enroll, please contact our support team at support@thegroovd.com. We prioritize resolving billing concerns quickly and fairly.
- 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 60 days of your order date, reach out to our team and we will work to make it right.
- Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages are not guaranteed refunds.
8. Dispute Resolution
At The Groovd, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. If you have a billing concern, we ask that you contact our support team first — most issues can be resolved promptly and directly at support@thegroovd.com.
By completing your purchase and claiming the offered gift, you acknowledge and agree to the $29.99 recurring monthly membership fee as disclosed at the time of checkout.
For every enrollment, our system records a digital confirmation including your IP address, device information, and a timestamp of when you agreed to these terms. This serves as a record of your affirmative consent.
If a billing dispute or chargeback is initiated for a validly authorized transaction, we reserve the right to submit our consent records and transaction details to your financial institution. We always prefer to resolve concerns directly and encourage you to reach out to us before contacting your bank.
