Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to shop with us, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, zoom or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We test our pages with automated tools and by hand, and we fix problems as we find them.

What we have done

  • Text descriptions for our product photos
  • Color contrast that meets WCAG AA, and options that are shown by more than color alone, such as color names under color choices
  • A "Skip to content" link, visible keyboard focus, and pages you can use with a keyboard
  • A pause button for moving text, and pages that follow your device's "reduce motion" setting

What we are still working on

  • Some customer videos do not have captions yet.
  • Some product gallery photos still have short text descriptions. We are making them more detailed.
  • Some product photos contain text, such as size charts. The same facts are in the product description or in the photo's text description.
  • Some parts of our site come from other companies, such as checkout, payments, reviews and chat. We ask these partners to make their parts accessible.
