Cancellation, Modification, and Return Policy



At The Groovd, we stand behind the quality of our learning tools. Please review our policies below regarding returns, refunds, and order modifications.

1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

To maintain fast shipping times, our fulfillment process begins shortly after an order is placed. The cancellation and modification window depends on whether your order includes a subscription or not.

Regular Orders (No Subscription)
You may request a cancellation or modification (such as an address change) within 12–24 hours of placing your order, or before the order has been moved to fulfillment — whichever comes first. Once your order has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. The standard Return Policy applies at that point.

Subscription Orders (Groovd Learning Club)
New subscription orders have a 48-hour processing window from the time the order is placed. If you contact us within this window, we can still modify or cancel your order before it is fulfilled. After 48 hours with no communication received, the order will be processed automatically.

Refused Delivery
Refusing a delivery is not an authorized method of cancellation. Return shipping costs resulting from refused packages will be deducted from any eligible refund.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thegroovd.com with your order number so we can provide the correct return address.

Return Requirements:

1. Use a trackable shipping method

2. Retain your return receipt and tracking number — we require these to confirm receipt and process your refund

3. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

Refund Amount: Once we receive your returned package, a refund will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically post within 3–5 business days, though your bank's processing time may vary.

3. Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to The Groovd by the carrier as "Returned to Sender," the following policy applies.

Packages may be returned for reasons including but not limited to:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

- Failed delivery attempts by the carrier

- The package was not claimed from the local post office

- Refusal of delivery by the recipient

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to address errors, delivery failure, refusal, or the package being unclaimed, the order does not qualify as a cancellation.

Refund Processing for Returned Shipments:
Refunds will only be processed after the returned package has been received and inspected by our warehouse. Once received:

- A refund will be issued to the original payment method

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

- Any carrier return fees or handling costs may be deducted from the refund

Re-Shipment Option:
If you prefer to receive your order, we can arrange re-shipment once the returned package is received, provided you confirm the correct shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received, we will process your refund promptly. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically post within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days:

- Verify your bank account balance again

- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary before a refund is officially posted

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will offer you a free replacement or reshipment at no cost to you. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we can process a full refund for the affected item or your entire order.

7. Missing Items

If your order arrives with a missing item, contact us and we will reship the missing item to you free of charge. Please include your order number and details of what was missing when you reach out.

8. Dispute Resolution

By completing a purchase at The Groovd, you agree to these terms. We encourage customers to contact our support team directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our support team at support@thegroovd.com.
