The questions we get
How long do the drawings last?
A few minutes. The lines fade as the water dries and the mat is ready to use again.
What goes in the pens?
Only water. Unscrew the tip, fill the pen and close it. Soak a new pen tip in water for about five minutes before the first use.
Can we take it outside or on trips?
Yes. It folds up small and opens flat on the floor, a table or the grass.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a damp cloth when needed.
Can I send it back?
Yes, within 60 days. Every Groovd order has the same money back guarantee.
